This week is a special week to recognize and celebrate our incredible staff here at ROWUSD. Behind every lesson taught, every problem solved, and every kind gesture is a dedicated team working together to support our students and families. 
We invite you to take a moment to say 'Thank You" to those who have made a difference in your life-whether it is a teacher, counselor, office staff member, bus driver, or any part of our amazing TEAM!
A kind word, a note, or even a smile can go a long way in showing appreciation.

in every role, in every way- From buses rolling at the dawn, To lights that guides us when day is gone. To office staff who set the tone,  Answering calls with a patient tone. To custodians keeping spaces clean, Creating calm where kids convene.  To aides & techs, and maintenance crews,
whose quiet work brings daily news. To those who serve up meals with care, And make sure every student is aware- They matter, they’re seen, they belong here too, All thanks to the work you all do. To nurses, drivers, clerks, and more, Each of you opens a different door. You lift, you lead, you guide, you show,
The ROWUSD is where hearts grow. So this week we honor, celebrate, cheer- The staff that makes our mission clear.
